- Located in the Dolphin Plaza on Kehei Road, this tiny restaurant doesn’t look like much, but the quality of the fish (and the sushi master, Hiro) is superb. The dining room only seats 16 people and they offer only two services a night; 6pm when they open, and 7:30 before they close at 9pm. Reservations are required and usually require a one-month advance booking (call to make a reservation). Koiso is very small family restaurant (only 3 people) and are very traditional Japanese. They are not snobbish, but old fashioned so be very respectful; bow when entering and leaving, keep noise to a minimum, etc. If you’re a sushi lover, you’ll love Koiso. If you’re a casual sushi eater, there are other options for crazy rolls, etc.
